INNI, which operates AutoSentinel, is the controller of personal data collected through the Service.

Identity (name, date of birth), contact (email, phone, postal address), driver license, vehicles (VIN, plates), insurance status, technical data (IP, device, logs), and any information you voluntarily provide to configure monitoring preferences, alerts, and authorized services.

3. Purposes of Processing

Provision of compliance monitoring and alert services, delivery of notifications, billing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement.

5. Sharing of Data

We share data only with: licensed and authorized data providers strictly necessary to provide the Service, sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, communication infrastructure, secure payment processor) bound by contract, and competent authorities upon valid legal request.

6. No Government Affiliation

AutoSentinel is a private platform and is not affiliated with any government agency, DMV, or insurance carrier. All data is obtained exclusively through licensed and authorized third-party data providers.

7. Authorized Enrollment Only

Users may only enroll themselves or individuals for whom they have obtained valid legal authorization and consent.

8. Security

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), strict role-based access controls, audit logging, and periodic security audits. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated based on industry best practices.

9. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

10. Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other US states have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal data.
