Processing is based on contract performance, explicit user consent, authorized use under applicable laws (including DPPA and TCPA where applicable), legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. No Government Affiliation
AutoSentinel is a private platform and is not affiliated with any government agency, DMV, or insurance carrier. All data is obtained exclusively through licensed and authorized third-party data providers.
8. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), strict role-based access controls, audit logging, and periodic security audits. Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated based on industry best practices.
9. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection.
