By accessing or using AutoSentinel ("the Service"), powered by INNI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

AutoSentinel provides compliance-focused monitoring and alerting services related to driver license status, vehicle records, registrations, and insurance events in the United States through authorized data providers, on a consent-based basis. Event notifications are delivered via push notifications, email, SMS, and voice calls based on user-selected preferences. AutoSentinel is a private platform and is not affiliated with any government agency or DMV.

AutoSentinel is a private compliance and alert platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency, motor vehicle department (DMV), insurance regulator, or law enforcement authority. All data is obtained exclusively through licensed and authorized third-party data providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Users may only enroll themselves or individuals for whom they have obtained legally valid authorization and consent. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and consent-based use cases, in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state data protection laws including DPPA, GLBA, FCRA, and TCPA, where applicable. Any unauthorized lookup or enrollment is strictly prohibited.

AutoSentinel is committed to responsible, consent-based, and legally compliant use of driver and vehicle-related data in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, and works only with licensed and authorized data providers.

The Service is offered through subscription plans billed monthly or annually by our secure payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All content, software, trademarks and logos of AutoSentinel are the exclusive property of INNI. No license is granted other than a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service.

The Service relies on licensed and authorized third-party data providers. Data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness may vary depending on provider availability and regulatory constraints. AutoSentinel does not access government databases directly.

Information provided through the Service does not constitute legal, insurance, or financial advice. Users should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to their situation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts as applicable.
